Job summary

Markon is looking for a highly experienced Senior Program Manager in Chantilly, Virginia, to lead an Educational Development program. This role involves providing strategic direction, contract oversight, and operational management for a team of 15 personnel involved in mission-critical training activities.

The ideal candidate will have an active TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a STEM field, and at least four years of program management experience. Key responsibilities include managing contract deliverables and relationships with stakeholders, as well as delivering executive briefings.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph eligible for cross over.
• Minimum four years of experience as a program manager on similar size and complexity projects.
• Experience in planning, directing, cost management, and timely task completion.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in collaborating with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall contract execution and delivery of program objectives.
• Lead a team of 15 personnel in mission support activities.
• Interface with Sponsor stakeholders and manage contract deliverables.
• Oversee financial performance and compliance of contract.
