nDepth Security, LLC is seeking a Content Developer 3 to lead senior technical content development, governance, alignment of assessments, and cross-functional coordination for advanced cyber training. The role focuses on producing high-fidelity lessons, labs, and evaluations to support mission-focused cyber programs.

The position requires substantial senior cyber expertise and hands-on leadership to drive training environments, perform governance reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Formación

• Doctorate or master/bachelor with many years of experience in cyber training.
• Senior hands-on cyber expertise and problem-solving ability.
• Independent technical leadership and cross-domain judgment.
• Experience with training/assessment integrity and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical content standards, priorities, governance, and quality reviews.
• Research advanced mission content; author and validate lessons, labs, and assessments.
• Lead complex troubleshooting across OSes, networks, virtualization, software, and cyber environments.
• Coordinate technical reviews, versioning, and Govt. approval readiness.
• Mentor junior developers and present technical recommendations to stakeholders.
• Guide realistic training environments, exercises, and technical assessment improvements.
