Peraton is seeking a Cyber Trainer/Planner to support ARCYBER G2 training, based at Fort Gordon, GA. The role involves delivering instruction on cyberspace operations, Information Operations and EW/CEMA, and updating course materials for evolving cyber intelligence capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years with BS/BA; 10+ with MS/MA; 7+ with Ph.D.
• Experience in cyberspace operations, Information Operations, and/or Electronic Warfare; able to teach cyber/IA topics.
• Instructor background or instructor trained
• Coordinate and deliver course content worldwide via an MTT, electronic method/virtual, or in residence at a government location
• Able to integrate with ARCYBER G2 and Cyber Military Intelligence Group for curriculum development
• Able to support travel for worldwide exercises
• Active TS with the ability to obtain/maintain SCI, polygraph and MEAD clearance
• U.S. Citizenship Required
• Instructor qualified through Army Basic Instructors course or equivalent (preferred)
• 10 years of general military intelligence OR 5 years cyber operation/analysis (preferred)
• Proficient in detailed written and oral briefings to senior leadership (preferred)
• ICD 203 knowledge (preferred)
• NET+/SEC+ or equivalent (preferred)
• TCP/IP and OSI models knowledge (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Provide instruction on intelligence support to cyberspace operations, IA, EW/CEMA, and related topics.
• Integrate real world scenarios into course materials and exercises.
• Identify skill gaps and update course content accordingly.
• Maintain course materials in line with policies and standards.
• Propose innovative solutions to training issues including delivery, development, data analytics, and IT planning.
• Provide Training and Readiness Oversight (TRO).
