Job summary

PayPal is seeking a Sr. Manager, Cybersecurity Threat Analysis in Austin, TX. You will lead the CTM Platform team, owning the intel, monitoring, and response capabilities that power PayPal's threat defense.

This hands-on leadership role shapes the platform today and defines the roadmap as it scales, including evolving toward agentic response across the threat lifecycle. You will guide a team of platform and data science engineers, partner with Operations, Threat Intel, and Offensive Security,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience leading others.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the technology platform underpinning CTM's intel, monitoring, and response capabilities.
• Lead and grow a team of platform and data science engineers.
• Develop and implement automation and AI capabilities today as the function matures.
• Partner with cyber operations teams to deliver platform capabilities at speed.
