Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cyber threat intelligence (CTI), cyber operations, or intelligence analysis.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience across at least two intelligence disciplines, including collection, attribution, campaign analysis, or technical threat analysis.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using at least one Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) and at least 2 years of experience leveraging commercial CTI providers.
• Minimum 3 years of experience applying the MITRE ATT&CK framework in intelligence analysis, reporting, or threat modeling.
• Minimum 3 years of experience using structured analytic techniques (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, key assumptions checks, diamond model) in intelligence production.
• Minimum 3 years of experience applying estimative language and confidence levels in written intelligence assessments.
• Minimum 2 years of experience serving in a senior analytical capacity (e.g., deputy analyst, principal analyst, or equivalent role).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intelligence analysis across multiple domains, including collection, attribution, campaign tracking, and technical threat analysis.
• Produce high-quality intelligence products that support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to assess threat activity and develop defensible assessments.
• Conduct quality review of analytical products, including attribution and campaign analysis.
• Support cross-team coordination and contribute to priority intelligence efforts without formal management responsibility.
• Provide surge support to high-priority intelligence requirements and emerging threat scenarios.
• Mentor and onboard analysts across multiple teams, contributing to overall analytical capability development.
• Brief senior stakeholders on intelligence findings, often on short timelines.
