Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Principal Operational Intelligence Analyst to join its cyber intelligence capability in the United States. The role focuses on delivering cross-domain intelligence analysis, driving high-impact outputs, and mentoring analysts across teams.

You will apply MITRE ATT&CK within intelligence workflows, coordinate with multiple teams, and brief senior leaders on critical findings on tight timelines. Travel may be required based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber operations, or intelligence analysis.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on across at least two intelligence disciplines including collection, attribution, campaign analysis, or technical threat analysis.
• Minimum 3 years using at least one TIP and 2 years with commercial CTI providers (e.g., Flashpoint, Recorded Future, Intel 471, Cybersixgill).
• Minimum 3 years applying the MITRE ATT&CK framework in intelligence analysis, reporting, or threat modeling.
• Minimum 3 years using structured analytic techniques (e.g., Analysis of Competing Hypotheses, key assumptions checks, diamond model).
• Minimum 3 years applying estimative language and confidence levels in written intelligence assessments.
• Minimum 2 years serving in a senior analytical capacity (e.g., deputy analyst, principal analyst, or equivalent).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if Associate’s Degree, minimum 6 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver intelligence analysis across domains including collection, attribution, campaign tracking, and technical threat analysis.
• Produce high-quality intelligence products supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to assess threat activity and develop defensible assessments.
• Conduct quality review of analytical products, including attribution and campaign analysis.
• Support cross-team coordination and contribute to priority intelligence efforts without formal management responsibility.
• Provide surge support to high-priority intelligence requirements and emerging threat scenarios.
• Mentor and onboard analysts across multiple teams, contributing to overall analytical capability development.
• Brief senior stakeholders on intelligence findings, often on short timelines.
