Job summary

CyberCube Analytics is at the forefront of cyber risk analytics, delivering insights for the (re)insurance industry. You will join a team including threat analysts, economists and data scientists to develop models and scores that quantify cyber risk for clients worldwide.

You will own scenario libraries, governance and risk communications, working with engineering, analytics and product teams in a fast-paced startup environment that values curiosity and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in cyber security, CS, statistics, economics, mathematics or related field.
• 5+ years in offensive and/or defensive cyber security with relevant certifications preferred.
• Fluency in Python or R, SQL, APIs and data formats (JSON, XML).
• Ability to translate real-world cyber threat behavior into modeling assumptions and scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Develop insights, scores and features for cyber risk analytics for the (re)insurance industry.
• Own scenario libraries and event families for cyber catastrophe modeling.
• Present methodology and risk trends to clients and stakeholders; engage with cross-functional teams.
