Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Cyber Intelligence Analyst to join our Global Cybersecurity Operations Center. You will monitor threats, develop detection rules, and build tools to enhance defense across classified and unclassified networks.

Requirements include a current Top Secret clearance with SCI access and a Polygraph, 8+ years of related experience, and strong skills in offensive/defensive cyber operations and DevSecOps.

Qualifications

• 8 years of relevant experience with an Associate degree; 5 years with a Bachelor's; 3 years with a Master's; 1 year with a PhD.
• Candidates must hold a current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance, including SCI access and a recent Polygraph.
• Fluency in offensive cyber TTPs and a defensive cyber operations foundation.
• Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and respond to cyber threat alerts on networks.
• Create and tune cyber threat detection rules across platforms.
• Conceptualize and integrate tools to improve defensive operations.
• Collaborate across technical and non-technical teams on incident response and DevSecOps.
