The WWT Information Security (InfoSec) team is seeking a Senior Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) Analyst to join the Security Operations Team. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and disseminating actionable threat intelligence to protect WWT from cyber threats. Collaborating with incident response teams, security operations, and other stakeholders, you will help identify and mitigate risks, playing a key role in developing proactive defense strategies and enhancing our security posture.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

1. Threat Intelligence Collection: Monitor and gather intelligence from sources such as OSINT, deep/dark web, commercial feeds, and internal data.
2. Threat Analysis: Assess the relevance, credibility, and impact of intelligence, identifying potential threats to WWT’s assets and operations.
3. Reporting: Produce detailed threat reports, including actor profiles, IOCs, and mitigation strategies.
4. Collaboration: Work with incident response and security teams to ensure timely threat response.
5. Threat Landscape Monitoring: Stay updated on evolving TTPs and threat actor tactics.
6. Threat Hunting: Support proactive threat hunting activities based on intelligence.
7. Vulnerability Management: Provide intelligence support to prioritize vulnerabilities.
8. Detection Engineering: Contribute to detection mechanism development and tuning.
9. Training & Awareness: Assist in cybersecurity training and awareness programs based on emerging threats.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in cyber threat intelligence or related cybersecurity roles.
• Strong knowledge of attack stages, TTPs, and defense models.
• Security certifications (GCIH, CYSA+, CeH, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, SOAR.
• Proficiency with bash, Python, or PowerShell is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of network services like TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, VoIP, HTTP.
• Understanding of incident response methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and industry awareness.
