AeroVironment, Inc. is seeking a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst to identify, analyze, and communicate cyber threats that could impact the organization, employees, systems, data, and operations.

The role combines traditional threat intelligence with hands-on cybersecurity skills to drive detections, investigations, and defensive improvements across endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, SOC, incident response, threat hunting, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of threat intelligence principles and lifecycle processes.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to investigate security data beyond reports.
• Working knowledge of SIEM/XDR, EDR, network security, cloud security, and ID/authentication.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze cyber threat intelligence from commercial, government, OSS, and internal sources.
• Identify threat actors, campaigns, malware, vulnerabilities, TTPs relevant to the organization.
• Develop intelligence assessments covering strategic, operational, and tactical threats.
• Translate intelligence into actionable detections and security controls with SOC/engineering teams.
• Perform threat hunting based on hypotheses and known adversary TTPs.
• Support incident response with enriched intelligence and attribution where appropriate.
