Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an operational cybersecurity role.
• 3+ years of hands-on incident response experience.
• Experience developing and delivering incident/program status for leadership.
• Experience in threat hunting with intelligence data to proactively investigate suspicious behavior.

Responsibilities

• Lead security incident response in cross-functional environments and drive resolution.
• Monitor security systems and infrastructure for performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage security tools to detect and mitigate threats.
• Maintain robust security feeds and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with level one analysts and vendors to identify threats.
• Author threat detection rules and SOAR playbooks.
• Refine metrics and SLAs to measure security operations and incident response.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes and tools.
• Serve as a technical SME for security operations and incident response.
• Provide expert guidance to partner security teams during threats.
