Job summary

TechGuard Security is seeking a Senior Technical Analyst to provide strategy and policy support for international engagement and cyber operations.

The role requires extensive DoD planning experience, TS/SCI clearance, and demonstrated ability to coordinate with geographic combatant commands and senior leaders. Strong written communication and experience preparing executive-level documents are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting military operations and understanding of geopolitical-military issues.
• Experience with international engagement, security cooperation, or partner capacity.
• Knowledge of Joint planning and DoD planning doctrines/processes.
• Experience writing executive-level summaries, orders, papers, and boards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an international engagement planning specialist.
• Support geographic combatant command campaign strategies.
• Develop and advocate cyberspace plans, strategy, and policy.
• Advise on strategic, operational, and tactical planning for cyber operations, network defense, and information operations.
• Leverage military operations expertise across all phases of planning and execution.
• Provide leadership with project situational awareness.
