Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, CS, Engineering, Business or Risk Management.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, or 2–4 years with a graduate degree.
• Experience with cybersecurity assessments, governance, risk management, and compliance.
• Knowledge of frameworks: NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS, PCI DSS.
• Strong MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word skills.
• Willingness to travel 25–50%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements with client teams.
• Support assessments, interviews, and workshops; translate findings into recommendations.
• Evaluate programs, governance, risk management, and controls.
• Develop target operating models, roadmaps, and governance frameworks.
• Prepare client deliverables and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development.
