EY is seeking a Senior Consultant in Cyber Strategy to work with clients on cybersecurity strategy, governance, and transformation engagements. You will evaluate programs, develop practical roadmaps, and prepare executive-level deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience; or graduate degree with 2–4 years of experience.
Experience in cybersecurity assessments, governance and risk management.
Security strategy and roadmap development.
Cybersecurity operating models and organizational design.
Policies, standards, controls and compliance.
Cybersecurity metrics and program management.
Regulatory and compliance assessments.
Cybersecurity awareness and training programs.
Knowledge of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, ISO 27001/27002, CIS Controls, PCI DSS.
Experience researching cybersecurity risks and controls.
Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

Deliver cybersecurity strategy and transformation engagements for clients.
Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops; translate findings into recommendations.
Evaluate cybersecurity programs and governance structures against industry frameworks.
Develop target operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps.
Prepare client deliverables and executive presentations; communicate complex concepts clearly.
