You will design and deliver cyber tools, apply vulnerability research and reverse engineering, mentor junior engineers, and help shape the future of national cyber capabilities while operating with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of cyber software development experience.
• Experience with multiple programming languages listed.
• Hands-on experience with reverse engineering tools.
• Experience analyzing OS internals and applications.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and automated testing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-quality cyber tools and software capabilities to meet mission-critical customer requirements.
• Apply expertise in vulnerability research, reverse engineering, and exploit development to guide high-level software design decisions.
• Build and maintain operational tooling that supports both defensive and offensive cyber missions.
• Collaborate with researchers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex research findings into functional, scalable software.
• Implement proactive feedback mechanisms and iterative development practices to manage and exceed customer expectations.
• Lead code reviews, maintain high coding standards, and ensure software quality through rigorous testing and documentation.
• Synthesize creative technical solutions from diverse operational and technical information sources.
• Identify and communicate operational requirements with internal and external stakeholders to align technical output with mission goals.
