Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline is required.
• 8+ years of directly relevant software development experience is required.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret clearance within 1 year.
• Experience with Python, Java, and NodeJS.

Responsibilities

• Full Stack Development across front-end and back-end components.
• Automated testing, unit and integration tests; ensure software quality.
• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment to cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document code and infrastructure changes.
• Ensure secure coding practices and handle authentication, authorization, and secrets securely.
• Troubleshoot defects and optimize performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead multiple software development teams and mentor team members.
• Engage with cloud providers (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud) and DevOps processes.
