Job summary

Constellation in Illinois is seeking an engineering subject matter expert to provide senior cyber security expertise for nuclear plant operations and to guide technical decisions on cyber security programs.

You will lead sub-project teams, coordinate IT and site teams to implement NRC and FERC/NERC cyber security programs, and perform required assessments to support regulatory compliance and safety analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 10+ years in IT/engineering and 3+ years in cyber security.
• Associate's degree in Computer Science or Engineering with 12+ years in IT/engineering and 3+ years in cyber security.
• High school diploma/GED with 14+ years in IT/engineering and 3+ years in cyber security.
• Nuclear-related experience.
• Experience in change management techniques with new technology implementation.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a sub-team leader for fleet cyber security initiatives.
• Coordinate IT and site teams to implement NRC mandated cyber security program.
• Serve as primary contact IT and site teams to implement FERC/NERC mandated cyber security program.
• Perform cyber assessments as required by NRC/FERC/NERC programs.
• Support sites in testing and issue resolution for cyber security programs.
• Maintain awareness of trends and evaluate new technologies or opportunities and their impact.
• Perform other duties as directed, including outage support.
