Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 15+ years related experience, incl. 3 yrs in past 5 years.
• 5+ years IA/Cyber/RMF in a DoD or govt platform/IT environment.
• Demonstrated leadership of complex technical programs and resources.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• On-site work at Naval Air Station Patuxent River, MD.

Responsibilities

• Serve as overall lead, manager, and administrator for the contracted effort.
• Interface with Government program authorities on technical and program matters.
• Oversee contractor execution across sites and functional areas.
• Manage program resources, staffing, workforce planning, and tasking.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and DoD regulations and standards.
• Oversee IA, RMF activities and related cybersecurity efforts.
• Monitor program performance, risks, and deliverables; implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate program activities across stakeholders to ensure delivery.
