Tharros provides our government client with SETA support applying cyber acquisition and program management expertise to strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities and unify the direction of cyberspace operations.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI w/ Poly required.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• PMI PMP or PgMP certification.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing a portfolio of projects.
• Experience running master schedules and complex project timelines.
• Ability to provide guidance to program and project staff.

Responsibilities

• Developing standard methods for tracking and reporting programs, acquisition strategies, and project statuses across portfolios.
• Coordinate crosswalks for milestones and interdependencies among projects and/or functional areas.
• Preparing and supporting delivery of presentations to assist with program/initiative/portfolio status reviews.
• Facilitating integration of capabilities into COAs and SOPs, and advocating for services.
• Conducting analyses of cyber capability funding and execution history to describe impacts and alternatives.
• Apply advanced business analytics to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
