Job summary

ICF is seeking an individual with strong program management, team-building, and consulting experience to provide advisory and technical support onsite at the Department of Energy (DOE).

The candidate will interface with Federal agencies, industry, and national labs to advance cyber preparedness, policy, threat analysis, and governance efforts, with an active high-level security clearance preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Active High Level clearance
  • 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with at least 5 years supporting the energy sector, working on a mix of:

Responsibilities

  • Daily management of high-performing technical team members
  • Provide key advice and technical support across several cyber policy and preparedness programs for the energy sector
  • Application of industry perspective and knowledge to help advance public-private partnerships to enhance security and resilience
  • Work closely with government clients in collaboration with the interagency, industry, national laboratories, and other partners
  • Identify potential issues and present suggested resolutions to clients
  • Prepare and present briefings and reports as requested
  • Work effectively with other parts of the DOE organization, other agencies, and the ICF team to accomplish tasks
