Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced Cyber Operations Planner to support planning, development, execution, and analysis of full-spectrum cyber operations for National Defense. You will work with Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Teams to integrate cyber effects into plans and orders.

Must have active TS/SCI with polygraph. The role offers a broad benefits package and a competitive base pay in multiple states, including Maryland.

Competenze

7 years as Cyberspace Operations Planner with BA/BS, or 5 years with MS/MA.
3 years with PhD, or 10 years with high school diploma.
Working knowledge of Joint Operations Planning and systems.
Education or JPME II qualification as CJCS CJCSI 1800.01E; JPME II or equivalents may be substituted.

Mansioni

Develops plans, orders, CONPLANs, OPLANs, and OPORDs for Cyber operations.
Leads OPORD process from concept through orders generation in Joint Operations Planning environments.
Integrates cyberspace capabilities into deliberate and contingency plans with JPGs/OPTs.
Provides cyber access planning expertise and threat mitigation coordination for Joint/Coalition ops.
Engages with operators and leaders to ensure plans reflect current realities and requirements.
Directs gap analysis, assessment, and analysis products for senior leadership.
Monitors doctrine, policy, and guidance to incorporate cyberspace considerations.
Supports exercise scenarios and training priorities through planning docs.
Mentors junior planners and reviews planning products for accuracy.
