Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking experienced cyber operations professionals to analyze mission data, SIGINT reporting, and threat metrics. You will apply technical knowledge of RF/digital signals, support multi-domain assessments, and coordinate with security teams to defend critical infrastructure.

The role requires extensive experience, advanced degrees or equivalent training, and the ability to translate complex findings into actionable guidance for engineering teams and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Cyber Operations or Cyber/SIGINT Intelligence Analyst with BA/BS, or 10 years with MS/MA, or 7 years with Ph.D., 13 years with an Associate’s degree, or 16 years of experience in lieu of a degree with high school diploma
• Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, Physical Science, or related technical/analytical field
• Relevant military cryptologic/signals training programs (e.g., 9141 Navy Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, 1N2A Air Force Intermediate Technical ELINT Analyst, 451/461 Intermediate Signals Analysis, 452 Advanced Signals Analys)

Responsibilities

• Processes and analyzes cyber mission data, SIGINT reporting, and threat metrics, applying findings to cyber mission parameters and recommending TTPs, task organization, technologies, and courses of action
• Applies deep technical understanding of signal characteristics across the RF and digital domains to determine compliance during collection, processing, and retention of signals
• Conducts analysis aligned cyber operations, including network analysis and threat actor attribution, using AI/ML-enabled, graph-based analytic tools
• Correlates multi-domain intelligence to produce all-source assessments supporting operational planning and mission execution
• Provides SIGINT PED management support as a Cyberspace Operations Mission Management Coordinator
• Tracks and characterizes current and emerging cyber threats using threat monitoring frameworks
• Maintains in-depth technical understanding of DODIN operations, Cloud environments, Zero Trust Architecture, and endpoint security
• Coordinates with cybersecurity, SOC/IR, and information security teams to support incident response
• Serves as SME translating complex cyber operations and intelligence workflows into technical and system requirements
• Develops SME-level papers, executive summaries, and presentations translating complex cyber/SIGINT findings for senior leadership
• Develops training materials and provides hands-on training and mentorship to journeyman analysts
• Represents the cyber operations and intelligence function in interagency coordination forums
