Qualifications

• Experience in SOC monitoring and response.
• Experience with ML/AI in security operations.
• Experience using NLP to analyze logs and threat data.
• Proficiency with MCP servers and agent-based investigations.
• Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
• Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for 24/7/365 monitoring and response operations.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents, including on-call.
• Automate detection and response using SOAR and AI.
• Collaborate with data science and engineering teams on AI models.
• Develop detections aligned with MITRE ATT&CK and improve them with automation.
• Review and refine playbooks, policies and procedures.
• Provide clear communication across leadership and teams.
