Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and 3–5 years of specialized experience in CNO/cyber capability development.
• Drives capability development to meet mission targets and accelerates delivery.
• Refines custom tooling, CNO systems, and development workflows to resolve bottlenecks.
• Communicates with stakeholders to align capabilities with evolving mission requirements.
• Provides technical guidance, code reviews, and coaching to junior CNO engineers.
• Broad knowledge of CNO principles, low-level systems architectures, reverse engineering, or protocol analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design custom tooling and tailored capabilities to overcome CCD limitations.
• Accelerate development, delivery, and deployment of mission assets.
• Refine tooling, CNO systems, and workflows to resolve bottlenecks.
• Coordinate with operators, analysts, and engineers to align capabilities with missions.
