The position emphasizes collaboration with DOE program offices and USIC, delivering all-source intelligence analysis, and timely responses to cyber threats across stakeholder networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Ten years of experience in technical cyber analysis.
• Experience in complex cyber investigations and use of forensics-analysis tools.
• Knowledge of DOE cyber requirements and national security matters.
• Excellent verbal and written communications; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Leverage technical knowledge to monitor cyber activities and respond to CI needs.
• Provide integrated cyber-technical analytic expertise for DOE-IN missions.
• Support DOE CI programs in policy development and oversight.
• Conduct complex cyber analyses and investigations.
• Identify, investigate, and analyze complex cyber events.
• Develop and apply advanced tools for CI-cyber operations.
• Perform all-source intelligence analysis and reporting.
• Establish liaison with DOE program offices and law enforcement.
• Provide time-sensitive mission support to mitigate advanced persistent threats.
• Maintain current competencies in cyber tools and tradecraft.
