Job summary

Bank of America in Denver is seeking a Cyber Incident Management Senior Specialist to coordinate the response and recovery activities for information security incidents. You will lead triage, determine root causes, and provide updates to executives and business partners.

You will mentor associates, deliver high-visibility updates, and drive remediation with security teams and technology groups to close control gaps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience handling information security events and incidents.
• Strong verbal and written communication adaptable to audience.
• Decisive and can make difficult decisions in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish oversight of information security events and communicate analysis, containment, and remediation efforts to all business partners.
• Senior incident manager able to evaluate, communicate, and contain cyber security incidents while collaborating with other security teams, technology organizations, and line of business partners.
• Individual will be responsible for oversight of day-to-day Incident Response Operations, with autonomy to make critical decisions during triage.
• Global Point of Contact for incident escalations, responsible for immediate coordination of resources to mitigate risk.
