Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in full stack software engineering, including architecture, design, or leadership roles for enterprise apps.
• Experience designing and delivering production-grade apps using OOP, clean coding, and established patterns.
• Experience building modern frontend apps with Angular, React, or Next.js and JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS in large-scale environments.
• Experience building backend services with Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), or Java (Spring Boot).
• Experience designing, building, and supporting REST APIs, microservices, and/or serverless in production.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle) and schema design.
• Experience with NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, DynamoDB).
• Experience using Git/Azure DevOps to manage source control, pipelines, and releases.
• Experience with Docker and container-based apps; cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience enabling automated testing, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for full-stack applications across frontend, backend, APIs, data, cloud, and integration layers.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using modern patterns like microservices and serverless.
• Provide technical leadership in AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI within enterprise ecosystems.
• Drive architectural decisions, development standards, and alignment with technology strategy.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead design reviews, architecture reviews, and code reviews to improve quality and maturity.
• Mentor junior to senior engineers and promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Contribute to project planning, estimation, capacity planning, and risk management.
• Oversee performance, security, reliability, and maintainability across the lifecycle.
• Support CI/CD, release governance, testing strategies, and cloud-native deployments.
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation; partner with leadership on roadmaps and modernization.
