Job summary

GDIT in Arlington, VA is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to lead a mission‑critical DHS cyber exercise program. You will help design realistic cyber scenarios, evaluate stakeholder preparedness, and produce insights that inform the national cybersecurity mission.

Qualifications

• Clearance TS/SCI required.
• Experience working with DHS/CISA Exercises sub-division and the National Cyber Exercise Program.

Responsibilities

• Support the full lifecycle of cybersecurity exercise development from concept design to post‑exercise analysis.
• Develop injects, scenarios, and materials for tabletop, functional, and full‑scale cyber exercises.
• Coordinate with DHS, CISA, and partner agencies to align exercise content with real‑world threats.
• Facilitate exercise execution including briefings, data collection, and operational support.
• Develop after‑action reports and improvement plans to enhance cyber preparedness.
