Deloitte Cyber invites you to join our Cyber Defense & Resilience practice as a Senior Consultant focused on Palo Alto SecOps and Cortex XSIAM. You will design and deploy Next-Generation SOC platforms, integrate data sources, and develop automated playbooks to help clients detect and contain threats.

Required are 4+ years in cloud/security, experience with AWS/GCP/Azure, SIEM/EDR tools, and security certifications; travel ~50% and strong communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud, network, or identity security (3+ years on AWS, GCP, Azure).
• 3+ years of Security Operations tools experience, including Cortex XSIAM, Cortex XDR, or Splunk.
• 3+ years in SOC detection engineering, automation and playbook development, SOC maturity, log source management, data normalization, and data ingestion.
• 3+ years of experience with EDR platforms (Microsoft Defender, Cortex XDR, or CrowdStrike) and governance/compliance work.
• Ability to travel roughly 50% and relevant cybersecurity certifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and deployment of Next-Generation SOC platforms, including Cortex XSIAM, advanced detection rules, SIEM ingestion, and SOAR playbooks.
• Integrate log and telemetry sources to support data quality, normalization, and operational visibility.
• Develop and optimize automated response workflows for incident containment and remediation.
• Advise clients on threat detection use cases, automation strategies, and SOC platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance solutions, incorporate threat intelligence, and present findings to client stakeholders.
