Job summary

BlackSky is seeking a Senior Security Analyst to monitor, defend, and secure the enterprise across diverse environments. You will analyze logs in an integrated SIEM, perform DFIR, and leverage CTI to strengthen detections and responses.

The role reports to the Security Analysis Team Manager (SOC) with potential base in Herndon, VA or Seattle, WA, or remote locations across the United States.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in security analysis and DFIR.
• Candidates should hold at least one listed security certification(s).
• Experience with multiple OS: Windows, MacOS, Linux.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Monitor corporate, product and mission environments for security events.
• Analyze logs from system, network, and SaaS security tools.
• Perform digital forensics and malware analysis.
• Support vulnerability management and remediation activities.
• Develop automation to improve detection timelines.
