Job summary

CACI International Inc is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Chantilly, VA to lead a data triage and analytics program within the Cyber Mission Operations portfolio. You will coordinate customer engagement, technical teams, and leadership to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of complex, high‑impact work for a federal client.

The role requires a strong background in program management, pre-award activities, and communication with government customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in PM, Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering, Data Science, CS or related discipline.
• TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• 5+ years as a Program Manager with the customer.
• Experience supporting capture, proposal development, solutioning, staffing, or other pre-award activities for federal opportunities.
• Ability to translate complex technical activities into project plans, milestones, risks, and decision-ready information for customers and leadership.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with persuasive proposal content.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.
• PMP certification.
• Experience with DoD/IC or federal government customers.
• Experience with government contracting including cost, schedule, staffing, deliverables, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support capture and pre-award activities including customer engagement and proposal development.
• Develop technical and management approaches that strengthen competitive position.
• Manage scope, schedules, milestones, resources, staffing, risks, dependencies, performance, and deliverables.
• Lead engineers, data scientists, cyber professionals and SMEs in program execution.
• Ensure activities and deliverables meet customer requirements and standards.
• Serve as interface between government customers, leadership, and technical teams.
• Monitor performance and proactively manage risks.
• Facilitate technical reviews, status meetings, and customer engagements.
• Support resource planning, staffing, budgeting, forecasting, and financial management.
• Prepare for and participate in technical exchanges, solution reviews, demos, and presentations.
• Support customer engagement and development of new opportunities.
