Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC seeks a Senior All Source Analyst (Cyber) to provide high-level analytic support to client agencies. The role emphasizes attribution of cyber infrastructure, comprehensive open-source research, and coordination with law enforcement and intelligence partners to counter foreign cyber threats.

Responsibilities include producing finished intelligence products, engaging senior policymakers, and delivering high-quality reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of experience or HS/GED with 12+ years experience.
• Experience with all-source intelligence analysis and production on foreign national cyber capabilities.
• Ability to develop deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical, analytic, and investigative support to client partner agencies.
• Identify adversary infrastructure and document developments for US partner agencies.
• Enhance technical support to field offices and intelligence partners against cyber threats.
• Create intelligence community reporting through all-source analysis and OSINT.
• Perform raw packet capture or NetFlow analysis to exploit data creatively.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and intelligence peers to better understand cyber threats.
