Job summary

EY is seeking a Cyber AI Engineer (Senior Consultant) to help clients apply frontier AI cyber models from prototype to production. You will collaborate with client security and engineering teams to deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, with 3–5 years hands‑on software engineering and AI/ML experience.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, Git, automated testing, and production delivery.
• Experience deploying frontier AI models or LLM applications for cybersecurity.
• Experience building agents, model tool integrations, retrieval pipelines, and evaluation harnesses.
• Security operations, threat investigation, detection engineering, or incident response automation.

Responsibilities

• Deploy AI workflows for threat investigation, detection engineering, vulnerability analysis, and remediation support.
• Own assigned technical deliverables, estimate tasks, and communicate progress to engagement leaders.
• Contribute to architecture, code reviews, and integration troubleshooting while supporting Consultants.
• Test cyber capabilities with model providers and researchers and document deployment findings.
• Create demonstrations, proposals, and reusable components, evaluation suites, and delivery playbooks.
