Job summary
PointClickCare seeks a marketing research professional to define and implement CX measurement programs, leveraging data to influence business strategy. You will guide analytics, influence stakeholders, and apply insights to improve the customer experience across our SaaS healthcare platform.
Ideal candidates bring extensive CX research experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Power BI skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Qualifications
- 7+ years hands-on experience in marketing research defining and implementing CX measurement protocols.
- Ability to influence business objectives to improve the customer experience.
- Developed analytic skills with ability to use data to influence others.
- Apply insights to long-term strategic business issues as well as day-to-day challenges.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Influences others to adopt a different POV and anticipates objections.
- Oversee adhoc quantitative and qualitative research projects with direction for internal/external resources.
- Solve complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of data and situations.
- Integrate best practices and apply advanced technical skills within the discipline.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.
