Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Customer Experience Strategist to envision, design, and prototype positive customer interactions. You will lead journey maps, ideation sessions, and stakeholder engagement to drive superior CX across a portfolio of products in a healthcare setting.

The role requires 5–8 years of CX experience, knowledge of design thinking and agile EBM, and a track record of delivering strategic CX initiatives in complex organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related area; equivalent work experience accepted.
• Certification recognized by CX leaders (CXPA, Forrester, Medallia, Nielsen Norman Group, HFI, IAOIP) preferred.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in customer experience related work.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and prioritize emerging customer experience trends.
• Collaborate with business leaders on pre-project vision or value statements.
• Assist in creating long-term product strategies and roadmaps owned by other units.
• Lead ideation techniques to generate design ideas and artifacts.
• Document customer journeys and other experience artifacts; implement improvements.
• Represent the voice of the customer (VoC) for a portfolio of products.
• Lead events to spread innovation and design thinking across the company.
• Engage stakeholders regularly to align work with business needs.
