Digital Asset in New York City is seeking a Senior CX Software Engineer to advance the Canton Network and client solutions, bringing distributed computing expertise to the team.

You will develop across languages such as Scala, Haskell, Java, TypeScript, and Daml, with Linux as the primary deployment target.

This role may be based in New York or London; compensation is tied to location and experience, with US pay between $190,000 and $220,000.

Qualifications

• Experience with distributed computing and Canton Network.
• Ability to stand in front of a client without support.

Responsibilities

• Delivers high-quality and tested code following DA standards.
• Independently contributes to incremental improvements to DA products.
• Programs in Scala, Haskell, Java, TypeScript, and Daml.
• Develops on macOS, Linux, and Windows; primary deployment target Linux.
• Uses Git and GitHub for source control.
• Mentors team members and helps others succeed.
• Frequently acts as a feature lead for client projects.
