Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Director of CX Research to own the evidence behind Pfizer’s AI experience and to build a team that delivers it across enterprise platforms. You will personally design and analyze research, including qualitative interviews and experiments, while guiding a growing team of researchers to drive adoption, trust, and impact at scale.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a research or human-centered field (e.g., UX, HCI, psychology, anthropology) required
8+ years of experience in user experience or behavioral research
2+ years of experience leading or managing researchers
Experience designing and executing both qualitative and quantitative research

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to the CX Research capability, building and mentoring a team of researchers
Personally design, execute, and analyze qualitative research and experiments
Mine and analyze telemetry and behavioral data alongside qualitative research to build evidence-based insights
Champion AI-enabled research methods and continuous feedback loops to accelerate time-to-insight while maintaining rigor
Define and own the measurement strategy for AI and solution adoption enterprise-wide
Partner to identify and resource opportunity areas for investment across colleague experience
Collaborate with data teams to advance understanding of colleagues’ needs and behaviors
