Job summary

BVG & Company is looking for a full-time Subject Matter Expert III (SME III) based in Washington, D.C. This role is pivotal in supporting a U.S. Federal agency by providing strategic technical expertise and developing major capabilities to counter weapons of mass destruction.

The SME III will supervise program requirements, ensure technical product efficacy, and lead a team of experts while maintaining strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

Candidates must hold a master's degree and possess extensive experience in the field, along with the ability to obtain necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

  • 10 years of experience planning, developing, and leading complex Research and Development efforts.
  • 5 years working in CWMD/CP or related fields.
  • Eligible for Department of Energy Q clearance and DoD Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise project requirements for complex programs in WMD.
  • Provide strategic advice and technical guidance.
  • Develop relationships with customer management and leadership.
