Job summary

Qualifications

• Expert-level troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for complex hardware/software interactions and integrations.
• Strong project management ability to plan, manage and deliver complex support projects.
• Industry knowledge across automotive, aerospace, surveying, robotics.
• Proficient in ticketing, escalation workflows and feedback loops.
• Substantial experience in a technical support engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects, customers, integrators and channel partners within the territory.
• Serve as the primary technical contact to ensure successful implementation, adoption and ongoing usage of OXTS products.
• Collaborate with key accounts to understand technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with internal teams for timely resolutions.
• Own resolution of support issues, coordinating with other departments to completion.
• Manage resources and projects to deliver products and meet deadlines.
