Job summary

Honeywell seeks a Lead Customer Success Representative to drive adoption, satisfaction and retention across the customer lifecycle. This senior individual contributor role focuses on proactive engagement, disciplined execution of CS practices, and mentoring newer team members.

The position emphasizes managing complex customer relationships, collaborating with Support, Services, and Sales, and ensuring clean CRM records while maintaining high engagement quality.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Services, or Account Management roles.
• Strong customer communication and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Customer Success activities for assigned customer accounts.
• Execute onboarding, adoption, and lifecycle engagement plans.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer relationship management.
• Support renewal readiness through consistent value delivery and customer engagement.
• Represent customer needs internally and coordinate with Support, Services, and Sales teams.
• Provide guidance to newer team members and share best practices.
• Maintain accurate customer records and health status in CRM and CS systems.
