What You Will Be Doing

  • Orchestrate strategic conversations with enterprise decision-makers, crafting compelling value narratives that drive renewal decisions
  • Pioneer next-generation renewal strategies by combining your expertise with AI-powered insights to create scalable, data-driven playbooks

  • Prospecting or hunting for new business opportunities
  • Managing transactional, low-dollar renewal cycles

Senior Customer Success Manager Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the strategic quarterback for our enterprise renewal portfolio, orchestrating end-to-end processes and maintaining deep relationships to secure and expand our revenue base

Basic Requirements

  • Geographic location within the Americas (North or South)
  • Proven track record of 5+ years in enterprise software customer success, renewal sales, or account management, with a focus on revenue retention
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts with $1M+ ARR
  • Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to embrace and champion AI-driven solutions in daily operations
  • Strong command of modern CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
