Role Overview: A Customer Success Manager will lead customer-facing initiatives, orchestrate virtual teams, manage program deliveries, and build strong senior customer relationships. The primary goal is ensuring successful adoption and long-term engagement with IFS products and services, helping customers discover new features and realize value through their digital journey.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in customer-facing roles within delivery projects
  • Industry expertise in Manufacturing, with knowledge of trends, KPIs, and value drivers
  • Strong understanding of delivery methodologies and service offerings
  • Focus on enhancing the end-customer experience, including third-party and partner products/services
  • Ability to identify and address delivery risks
  • Influence and trust-building skills internally and externally
  • Knowledge of Business Value Assessment (BVA) tools and processes
  • Capability to develop and measure value metrics
  • Understanding of subscription services and renewal processes
  • Experience leading executive steering committees and reporting progress
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and global delivery teams
  • Fluency in English and local languages
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills, including with executives
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
