Trane Technologies is seeking a customer success leader to partner with our enterprise clients, delivering ROI across the full lifecycle and driving adoption of our climate solutions.

This remote role requires the ability to communicate business value to executives, manage cross-functional initiatives, and maintain strong client relationships while navigating complex IT and business needs. Travel 20-30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consultative selling or customer success.
• Experience in consulting or pre-sales; experience in both is ideal.
• Willingness to engage with Business and IT Decision Makers.
• Ability to communicate business and technical value to all levels of management.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional organizational and planning skills.
• Solid communication skills (both verbal (in person and via video) and written).
• You are able to communicate business and technical value to all levels of management.
• Well‑versed in presentation skills.
• A proven record of retaining and growing multiple enterprise client relationships.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work cross‑functionally in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to detect red flags early on to help mitigate churn risk to help establish rescue/success plans.

Salary and Compensation

The salary range for this position is $110,000-$140,000 base salary plus bonus.

Proposed salary for the selected candidate will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market requirements, experience, training, and education.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range: $106,431.66 - $135,400.00
