Are you an Customer Success Manager who is an expert in account management and previously worked in the Fintech or SaaS space, looking for career growth and recognition in a groundbreaking startup?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a startup who recently secured over $50 million and just closed their Series A funding. They have developed a revolutionary AI-powered automation and workflow platform, tailored for the healthcare sector.
You'll be among the early sales hires, working closely with the Product, Engineering and GTM team to drive their growth targets. Your primary responsibility will be onboarding new customers, establishing relationships and being trusted advisor to continuously improve their user experience.

The Role:
*Onsite to Hybrid
*Onboarding, Account Management and trusted advisor for new customers and channel partners

*Previous Account Management or Customer Success commercial experience
*Previously sold a Fintech or SaaS product
