Senior Customer Success Manager – FinTech – NYC

They’re now on the hunt for a passionate and driven Senior Customer Success Manager to join their NYC-based team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be the strategic partner to key clients—building strong relationships, championing their success, and directly fueling retention and growth across an exciting portfolio of accounts.

Backed by a world-class leadership team with a track record of scaling companies for long-term success, the company also boasts support from top-tier investors and influential advisors—including former U.S. Governors, White House officials, and visionary tech leaders from some of the most prestigious institutions in the country.

This is an office-based role in NYC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and impactful start
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, proactively addressing client needs and expectations
  • Drive strong client retention by building trust and delivering consistent value
  • Serve as the go-to contact for clients, managing support and resolving any issues efficiently
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance and client satisfaction
  • Stay well-informed on industry developments and competitor movements to anticipate client needs

The Successful Candidate

  • 6+ years customer success experience within the software / SaaS space
  • Experience within the FinTech space is ideal
  • Experience working with clients in the healthcare sector would be a plus
  • Commutable to NYC daily

Senior Customer Success Manager Package

  • Basic salary: up to $160,000
  • OTE: +30-50%
