Job summary
Vizrt is seeking an accomplished Senior Customer Success leader for the AMECS region, to manage a portfolio of strategic customers and serve as the senior CS presence. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Delivery to align outcomes with Vizrt offerings, scale processes, and drive renewal readiness.
The role requires deep executive engagement, strong governance, and the ability to travel, influence cross-functionally, and build a high-performing regional CS team that delivers measurable
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in customer success, account leadership, or related fields.
- Proven leadership across teams, programs or multi-disciplinary initiatives.
- Strong background in broadcast, media, sports tech or live production.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of strategic AMECS customers and lead the CSM function regionally.
- Build executive-level relationships and align customer priorities to Vizrt value.
- Coach and develop CSMs, drive adoption, renewal readiness and growth.
- Guide adoption of Vizrt solutions through complex, multi-product environments.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to scale post-sales effectiveness and regional operations.
