What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own a portfolio of accounts and renewals, driving customer adoption and value from the employer's products
- Achieve financial and strategic revenue, bookings, and billings targets
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with their objectives
- Collaborate with various internal teams to develop growth and risk mitigation strategies for key accounts
- Analyze portfolio data to prioritize efforts and optimize outcomes for both customers and the employer
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales, Renewal Management, Account Management, or Customer Success, preferably within SaaS
- Proven track record in quota-carrying roles and meeting key performance indicators
- Experience in deal negotiation cycles with a consultative approach
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
