Job Description Summary:
This is a full-time remote opportunity located anywhere in the United States.
The Senior Customer Solutions Engineer brings creativity, curiosity, and passion to working with our modernization products. They are technically versatile and deliver exceptional customer experiences to Rocket’s customers.
This role involves working in our IBM System Z Professional Services team, focusing on customer engagements to install, configure, implement, and train on the IBM Omegamon product family and other IBM Mainframe products. A strong knowledge of IBM z/OS, mainframe architecture, and components is required. Experience with other mainframe monitoring products is a plus.

Salary range: $85,820 - $107,275/year, varies based on skills and location.
