Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of solutions, including coding and supporting client or partner integration.
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, including design and code reviews, comprehensive test coverage, and the creation of clear, maintainable code that follows established style guides.
Guarantee solution compliance with data and legal policies, securing all necessary reviews prior to launch.
Actively participate in industry and account business planning, meeting with clients and partners to deeply understand their objectives and challenges.
Identify technical gaps, recognize recurring patterns, and uncover opportunities for solution reuse or new innovations to drive client success.
Secure alignment with clients, partners, and sales teams regarding solution needs and commitment to moving forward.
Build trust by actively listening and demonstrating a profound understanding of client or partner core needs, articulating possibilities with technology.
Collaborate with stakeholders in sales, business development, or related teams to analyze industry dynamics and identify partners or clients who can benefit from advanced solutions to unlock revenue, business growth, and efficiency.
Rapidly grasp the nuances of clients and partners within your focus industry, quickly adapting to new technical offerings or client technical stacks to provide expert engineering consultation.
Comfortably switch between various technologies, explaining trade-offs, and developing subject matter expertise in trending areas to offer deeper advice and innovative solutions.
