Job summary

FAAC Spa is seeking a Senior Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary contact for customers and support the team with complex issues, accurate records, and timely order fulfillment. The role coordinates with Sales, Production, and Service to guide orders from quote to delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service, proficiency with SAP and MS Office, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing or production.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems; solid MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to calls and inquiries; identify customer needs and resolve or direct questions.
• Prepare quotes and create or revise orders per Account Manager specifications.
• Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales records in SAP and other systems, including tax exemption certificates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Production, and Service to support customers from sale to delivery.
• Assist the Production Manager with shipping schedules and lead times.
• Review orders and charges against purchase orders; verify drawings and related documentation.
• Prepare information sheets, installation calculation sheets, and print requests; provide sales data reports.
